Can I make reservations for lunch or dinner?

Pier 57 does not open daily for restaurant-type service. As an event venue, we cater mainly for private client events or our publicly-advertised signature events. 

Can I bring my own catering?

Outside caterers are not permitted. 

Could I provide my own bar? 

Yes, we are flexible with regard to bar options. These range from full-service premium bars, to client-stocked and self-staffed bars. 

How much to rent the venue? 

The venue rental is specifically based on the type of event, and the amenities, equipment and services required.  

How much does the food cost? 

Our menus are custom-built based on your event type, event date, headcount and your budget.

How many persons can Pier 57 accommodate?

The maximum number of persons is based on the type of event. Formal dinners can seat approximately 250 persons. Standing cocktails can host approximately 500 persons.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only allowed in our designated open-air smoking section, located away from the main hall

Does Pier 57 provide decor services?

Rental of the venue includes banquet tables and standard clothing, banquet chairs, cocktail tables and standard clothing, cocktail chairs, standard (not fresh flowers) centerpieces. If additional decor is required, you may bring in your own decorator or ask us for a referral.

Does Pier 57 provide entertainment?

We can provide background/mood music at an additional cost.

DJs, bands or other entertainment can be sourced for you at additional costs.

Alternatively, you may bring your own entertainment if you wish.

Does Pier 57 handle permit applications?

Pier 57 applies and pays for relevant authorisations required, such as requests for amplified music.
